Registrations without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received. A confirmation of registration will be sent upon full payment.

Registration Process

  • Registration for the APEMC2017 requires a new sign-up which is separated from the paper submission system. Please proceed the registration with your new ID and passcode following the process shown below.

  • A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. A Copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or Fax (+82-42-350-8058). Please note that registration free has to be transferred under the registrantí»s name and name must be stated on the receipt. If a different name is used, a copy of bank remittance receipt should be sent via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (secretariat@apemc2017.org) or fax (+82-42-350-8058). All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund. Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the congress.

* Any cancellation or charge must be received and confirmed by the Symposium Secretariat in official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail before Nov. 15, 2015.
